Post-Session
You rocked your session, now what?
Below you’ll find an overview and timeline for the entire post-session process, from seeing your session images for the first time to hanging them on your wall.
I promise that you’ll find the information in this guide helpful! Knowing what to expect will ensure that choosing your collection, selecting your images, and spending your print credit is a fun and easy process. Please read through the entire guide and refer back to it whenever you need to. I especially recommend watching the short video included in each section.
Enjoy your session
Way to go! You got everyone dressed and there and looked gorgeous doing it.
While you’re recovering from all the fun we had, I’ll be hard at work culling and editing your gallery. You’ll get to see your photos about a week after your session.
1 WEEK
Receive your slideshow
About a week after your session, you’ll receive an email from me with a link to view your slideshow.
Remember, once you click the link, your slideshow will be available for 24 hours, so make sure to wait until you have the time and energy to enjoy the show and choose your collection.
24 hrs
Choose your collectioon
During the 24 hours that your slideshow is up, you can watch it as many times as you like. Remember, you are seeing images that are edited for proofing, but not yet retouched.
All you need to do during this 24-hr period is choose collection 1, 2, or 3.
3 days
Select your images
Once you purchase your collection you’ll be able to go through your images individually. This proofing gallery is available for 3 days, so that you can select the images included with your collection.
To keep things running smoothly, I request that you select your images within 3 days of purchasing your collection.
2-3 weeks
Receive your retouched gallery
After I receive your image selections, my retoucher will get to work perfecting your portraits. I work with a single retouching artist and each image is retouched by hand.
You can expect your retouched gallery within 2-3 weeks of submitting image selections. I promise, the finished portraits will be worth the wait!
30 days
Spend your print credit
Once you receive your retouched gallery, you have a full month to download your images and spend your print credit in the gallery store. Your print credit will be reflected when you check out (no code necessary).
You can also share your gallery with friends and family so that they can download the photos and order prints for themselves.
