First, let’s embrace that awkwardness is kinda part of the deal. If you don’t know what to do with your hands, that just means you’re normal.
During your session, we’ll laugh through any initial discomfort and then I’ll help you get into the flow, telling you exactly what to do throughout.
The result is what you see all over my site. You’ll look (and feel) beautiful and relaxed.

The Studio
My Northeast LA studio is a light, airy white space with a queen bed and white bedding — designed for clean, timeless maternity portraits. The bright, neutral setting keeps the focus entirely on you and translates beautifully to images that will hold up for years. Partners and kids are welcome to join for all or part of the session. Sessions include two looks, usually a dress and a robe with underwear, but I’m always open to building around whatever feels most like you.
The Garden
Tucked away in Pasadena, this hidden gem spans just 3 easy-to-navigate acres and is full of variety — wild grasses, manicured courtyards, and seasonal blooms. It’s a great fit if you want something that feels relaxed and natural rather than stiff or formal. Sessions are photographed at golden hour and partners and kids are always welcome.
The Beach
There’s nothing quite like a Southern California beach session. I shoot at a Malibu location with plenty of variety — rocky outcrops, grassy bluffs, and open sand — so we can get a change of scenery without going far. Golden hour wraps everything in warm, flattering light that adds a little magic to every frame. Your partner and children are welcome to join. It’s a naturally romantic setting that doesn’t need much else.

Reach out
You found me, you breathed a sigh of relief knowing I can capture your pregnancy in a way that feels authentic to you. Head to the contact page and fill out my form or schedule a call and we can get started!
Get ready
Once you’ve booked your session, we’ll get to the fun part. I’ll let you know what to expect, how to prepare, and help you choose what to wear. Your session includes access to the studio wardrobe collection.
Session day
We’ll meet at your chosen location and giggle our way through the session. I’ll be giving you constant direction and won’t ever leave you wondering what to do or where to look. The result? Gorgeous, natural portraits.
Relive it
Just a week after your session, you’ll receive a slideshow of your images and choose your collection.

I recommend that we photograph your maternity session between 30 and 35 weeks.
Studio Wardrobe
There’s no need to shop for a dress you’ll only wear once.
Your session includes access to the client closet, full of dresses that are comfortable, flattering, and photograph beautifully.
You’ll find a range of sizes and styles from your favorite brands & designers, like Free People, Anthropologie, Doen, and Rachel Pally.
If we’re including your partner or children, I’ll help you style them for a cohesive look.
Fine Art Prints
You’ll want to see these photos IRL, not just on a screen. With me, you get digitals, no matter what. You can do whatever you want with them.
But, together, we can print heirloom quality artwork. Every image collection includes both digital files and a credit to spend in your gallery store. I’ve spent years testing products through professional labs so you don’t have to waste time researching the best of the best.
Custom design is also included. Whether you want an album or framed photos, I will help you choose what’s best for you and what will look best in your home.

Where will my maternity session take place?
You can choose from three gorgeous locations:
The Studio (Northeast LA, 90065) – clean, minimalist, intimate.
Arlington Garden in Pasadena – relaxed outdoor vibe with beautiful backdrops.
Malibu Beach – golden hour light, bluffs, rocks, and open sand.
If you have another location in mind, I’m always happy to create a custom session.
How long does a maternity session last?
Most sessions run about 90 minutes. There’s no strict time limit — I keep things relaxed and unrushed.
When should I schedule my maternity session?
The best time is between 30–35 weeks. At this stage, your bump is defined but you’ll still be comfortable moving around and posing.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better! My calendar fills quickly, so I recommend reaching out around the beginning of your second trimester to secure your preferred date. If you’re later in pregnancy, please reach out — I usually have a few last-minute openings.
Can my partner or kids join the session?
Absolutely! We can invite them to join in some or all of the session.
What time of day are sessions scheduled?
Studio sessions: sessions are scheduled mid-morning to early afternoon.
Outdoor sessions: we’ll start 1.5-2 hours before sunset for soft, flattering, golden hour light.
Do I need to bring outfits, or is wardrobe provided?
You don’t need to shop for a dress you’ll only wear once! My studio wardrobe is full of flattering, comfortable dresses and robes from designers like Free People, Doen, Anthropologie, and Rachel Pally. I’ll also help style your partner and children so your whole family looks cohesive. If you’d like to bring your own wardrobe I can help you choose from what you already own or shop for something new.
How do I book my maternity session?
The first step is to fill out the inquiry form on my contact page so that I can send you session details and answer your questions. Once you are ready to book, I’ll send you a link to your contract and deposit invoice.
Do you offer packages that include both maternity and newborn sessions?
Yes! My First Year Collective includes maternity, newborn, 6-month, and 1-year sessions, along with a custom heirloom album. It’s the best way to tell your baby’s story from the very beginning.
What is your style of photography?
My style is natural, timeless, and focused on connection. I’ll guide you throughout the session so you never feel awkward or unsure of what to do — but the end result won’t look stiff or overly posed. Instead, your photos will feel like you: relaxed, real, and full of genuine moments. I use simple settings and beautiful light to highlight the beauty of this season and the anticipation of welcoming your baby, creating a mix of gently posed portraits and natural, in-between moments.
When will I see my photos?
Within one week, you’ll receive a slideshow of your images. From there, you’ll select your image collection. Retouched images are delivered within 2–3 weeks.
Do I get the digital files?
Yes. Every collection includes a selection of retouched digital images delivered in a private online gallery. You can download, share, and back them up for your family archive.
Do you include prints?
Absolutely. I believe your photos deserve to live off the screen. That’s why every collection includes a print credit to spend in your gallery store. I’ve curated heirloom-quality options — albums, framed artwork, deckled-edge prints, and more — and I personally help you choose what will look best in your home.
