I know that even choosing a photographer can be a daunting task and work hard to make sure that the rest is easy for you! I offer my clients full-service, custom portraiture. This means that you’ll have my personal attention throughout the process, from design to delivery. Here’s what to expect when you book a session.
A week or two before your session we’ll meet for your design consultation. During this meeting I’ll get to know a bit more about you and your family and help you tease out what you’d like to capture during your session. We’ll also begin thinking about which portrait presentations will best fit your home’s decor and your lifestyle.
The fun part! Your session can take place at either your home or an outdoor location (sometimes both!). All the better if we can choose a location that is special to your family. Sessions usually last 1.5-2 hours, but there is no time limit. That means you can relax and we can make time for breaks as your child needs them. Your session is done when I’m sure we have a complete gallery of images for your family. Your session will be relaxed and enjoyable for everyone and you’ll find that the time flies by!
A week or two after your session we’ll meet again so that you can view your images and place your order. I usually present between 30 and 40 images for you to choose from. With my help, you’ll decide how you want your final images delivered. I have samples of all the products I offer, so that you can be confident in your choices. I’ll even be able to show you exactly what your artwork will look like on your own walls. You only purchase what you love and the amount you invest is completely up to you.
